Frequently asked questions

Is PLAY really free?
Yes. pin PLAY is free, with no card required. You get free community access, your Investor Profile Test, the Property Deal Fast Tracker and your first pin meeting free. A welcome recording follows from 9 January 2027.
Can I attend a meeting without joining?
Absolutely. Non-members are welcome at any pin meeting for £30. If you attend even once a month, GO membership at £27 already saves you money.
Can I change or cancel my tier?
pin GO, pin PLUS and pin PRO are all 12-month payment terms. If you leave, you can rejoin after 3 months. Moving down a tier takes effect at the end of your term. Each tier includes everything in the tiers below it, so moving up is seamless.
How does annual billing work?
Pay annually and you get two months free, so GO is £270, PLUS is £470 and PRO is £970 for the year.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my pin membership?

You can upgrade your pin membership at any time to access additional benefits and support.

To upgrade, simply contact the pin office or submit an upgrade request through your pin Account App.

Downgrades are available at the end of your 12-month subscription term, rather than during your current membership term.

If you’d like to change your membership, please contact the pin office and our team will be happy to help you with the next steps.
